Michele Steckler, founder of Fly Loft Group, is a speaker, coach and workshop facilitator with four decades of experience leading creative process and collaboration. From avant-garde stage manager to Broadway producer, her leadership skills were honed while guiding teams across six continents, cultivating a unique range of experiential knowledge in leadership development, communication, team building, collaboration and creative process.
Michele played a principal part in the creation and rollout of The Lion King on Broadway and around the world, toured the globe with composer Philip Glass, and worked with V (formerly Eve Ensler) on her inaugural V-Day event. The thread that connects Michele’s journey from theatre producer to human potential producer is a deep passion for people, collaboration and creative process. As a Broadway producer she honed skills that are remarkably applicable to navigating the complex landscape of life.
